Ready to ship products

Ready to ship products can be returned within 14 days after receiving the package but the products needs to be in a condition that it can be sold forward (no visible marks of usage). Customer has to pay the shipping fees when returning. In this case Luava suggests you to ask for a return label for you to print and tape on top of the package - this cost will most likely be lower and it will be reduced from the refundable price. Refund will happen when the package is received to Luava's workshop. If the product is eligible for a refund the original shipping fee won't be refunded, only the price of the product (minus the possible return label cost Luava sends you). If you return the product make sure you pack it well so that the product won't get damaged on its way back to Finland.

If the returned product has marks of usage Luava isn't responsible of refunding the cost of the product. In this case the product can be shipped back to the customer but the customer is responsible of paying the new shipping fee.

Made to order products 

Most products in Luava's online store are made to order (products that are not ready to ship aka isn't in stock) so refunding isn't possible. I ask you to read the description of the product thoroughly before purchasing so it matches your requirements. Returning isn't possible if you feel that the product is too big, small, different that you expected as all needed info and the photos are accurate and informative.
